Stop Starting. Start Finishing.

Guided Bass Learning with Cohort Support - since 2017

Our guided cohorts turn self-paced courses into life-changing experiences; with accountability, structure, and personal support that makes sure you actually finish.

I feel like I have improved more in 4 weeks than I did in the last 4 months.

The Course is the Map.
The Cohort makes sure you get there.

Stay Motivated. Have Fun. Play Better. That’s the Cohort Experience.

Over one thousand bassists have completed their courses with us since 2017

When you join a cohort, you:

It’s the difference between trying to learn alone and having a support team dedicated to your success.

Accountability for the win

I had tried studying alone for years. The cohort gave me the accountability I needed to finally finish.
And it was FUN

Outstanding Experience!

it has definitely been an outstanding experience, probably showing me as much about me as it did about music.

We’ve Been Doing Cohorts Since 2017

Proven. Trusted. Since 2017.

Since 2017, bassists around the world have joined cohorts, kept each other accountable, and crossed the finish line together.

What makes our cohorts stand out:

When you join, you’re stepping into a process that has already helped hundreds of players succeed and it’s ready to help you too.

Step by Step, All the Way to the Finish.

When you join a cohort, you:

Hundreds of Finishers. Real Results.

Step by Step, All the Way to the Finish.

Gamechanger

The course has been a game-changer for me, helping me to establish a consistent, focused, and intentional routine. The coaches, cohort, and moderator all came together to make Ari’s meticulously crafted course a wonderful experience.

I work steadily towards my goal

Recording myself has helped me overcome any fear I have about demonstrating my progress.

The cohort has made me accountable so I work steadily towards the goal of completing the course.

I see Progress as I go

Recording myself has been helpful. I recommend people follow the process because there really is a payoff!

For Every Level of Player

You don’t have to wonder if you’re “good enough” for a cohort.
Our courses aren’t split into beginner, intermediate, or advanced - they’re built so the same material works at every stage.

If you’re new, the design naturally keeps you focused on the essentials.
If you’re experienced, the very same framework lets you push deeper and explore more advanced variations.

And because the community vibe is so supportive, you’ll always find others at your level - everyone moving forward together. It’s incredibly motivating to see bassists of all backgrounds working toward their goals and cheering each other on along the way.

So Effective, It’s Addictive

When progress is this real - so feelable and measurable - it becomes addictive.

And on top of it all, the process is fun.
No wonder many players keep coming back, again and again.

Even More the Second Time Around

The exercises were so rich that when I did the cohort again, it felt like a whole new level opened up.
I got just as much out of it the second time, if not more.

Your Questions, Answered

Do I need the course as well?

Yes. A cohort is an add-on that gives you structure and accountability for an existing course.

  • If you already own the course you can just get the Cohort add-on.
  • If you don’t have the course yet, grab the Course+Cohort option.

Cohorts are 12 weeks long.

Plan on ~45 minutes of practice five days a week, plus 1 hour every other week for your video submission.

No. Cohorts are designed for all levels of players.

Our courses aren’t divided into beginner, intermediate, or advanced.

Instead, the same material adapts to where you are right now:

  • if you’re new, the structure naturally keeps you focused on the essentials.
  • if you’re experienced, the very same framework lets you go deeper and push your playing further.

The community is always supportive, and you’ll find it motivating to see players at every stage working toward their goals and cheering each other on.

Life happens! All materials are recorded, and the group plus coaches are there to help you get back on track. Many students catch up and finish successfully even if they hit a bump along the way.

No. Coaches are course finishers and volunteers trained in accountability. Their role is to keep you focused, motivated, and supported – so you get the most out of the course. They share their own experiences with the course and many have done the course over and over themselves.

A cohort is a structured program with deadlines, coaches, videos to post.

Live practice series are ongoing and more casual.

Yes – and that’s by design. Cohorts are built to grow with you. The same framework can feel completely different depending on where you are in your playing.

That’s why many students choose to join future rounds of the same cohort, finding fresh insights, new challenges, and deeper progress every time.
