Yes. A cohort is an add-on that gives you structure and accountability for an existing course.
Cohorts are 12 weeks long.
Plan on ~45 minutes of practice five days a week, plus 1 hour every other week for your video submission.
No. Cohorts are designed for all levels of players.
Our courses aren’t divided into beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
Instead, the same material adapts to where you are right now:
The community is always supportive, and you’ll find it motivating to see players at every stage working toward their goals and cheering each other on.
Life happens! All materials are recorded, and the group plus coaches are there to help you get back on track. Many students catch up and finish successfully even if they hit a bump along the way.
No. Coaches are course finishers and volunteers trained in accountability. Their role is to keep you focused, motivated, and supported – so you get the most out of the course. They share their own experiences with the course and many have done the course over and over themselves.
A cohort is a structured program with deadlines, coaches, videos to post.
Live practice series are ongoing and more casual.
Yes – and that’s by design. Cohorts are built to grow with you. The same framework can feel completely different depending on where you are in your playing.
That’s why many students choose to join future rounds of the same cohort, finding fresh insights, new challenges, and deeper progress every time.
