FAQs
How often do new sessions start?
We post new Cohorts and Live Practice series throughout the year. Check this page for the latest sessions – if it’s listed, you can still join. If it already started, watch the reruns at your convenience. You will have access for a full year.
What’s the difference between Cohorts and Live Practice?
Cohorts are structured 12-week guided programs with deadlines and support. You can only join at certain times of the year. There are assignments, live check-ins and homework to post.
Live Practice is ongoing — you can drop in anytime to play along. No homework, no deadlines.
I am not very techie. Will I be okay in your cohorts/live sessions?
You will be. We provide instructions and help.
For our live sessions, we use zoom.
For our cohorts, you will record yourself, and we offer step-by-step instructions as well as tech support sessions. If you use elaborate sound interfaces, go for it, but simple and easy does it. We don’t let tech get in the way!
