CapCat Music Media, INC (“INC”) is committed to protecting your privacy when you use arisbassblog.com (“Site”) and/or its services. Registration and Information
INC may request certain information about you during registration, enrollment, or other various times. This may include your name, postal address, electronic mailing address, You are under no obligation to provide this information, but if you don’t then we may not be able to provide you with certain services, personalized experiences, and/or special offers.
Log Files/IP Addresses
When you visit the Site, our server automatically recognizes and logs your IP address (the unique address which identifies your computer on the internet). We use IP addresses to help us administer the Site and to collect broad demographic information for aggregate use. We do not link IP addresses to personally identifiable information.
Non-personal Information

INC collects and processes information about you in order to:

(iii) improve our Site and services;

Recorded Live Events
We record all of our live events. If you attend such an event (Ask Ari featuring Wolf, Ari’s Practice Groups, Cohort PrepGroups, 10-Week Intensives etc.), your name, likeness (audio and/or video), and/or participation may become part of the event recording so be sure you like how your hair looks that day. Of course, if you’d like to remain anonymous, please use a screen name that does not identify you and put only your arms and bass into your shot. By attending any of our events, you are granting INC and its agents a nonexclusive, irrevocable license to:
(a) Include you and your participation in the recording; and
(b) Use, reproduce, publish, republish, exhibit, edit, modify, or distribute, in whole or in part, these recordings in all media without compensation for any purpose, including promotional or advertising efforts.
Note that these recordings may appear in a variety of formats and media on the Site available now or in the future (e.g. print publications, video tapes, courses, membership sites, CD-ROM, Internet, mobile, digital).
Release
By using the Site and its services, including attending or participating in live events, you release INC and it’s agents from liability, claims, and demands for any violation of any personal or proprietary right you may have in connection with such use, including any and all claims for libel, defamation, or invasion of privacy. You also understand that all such recordings, in whatever medium, shall remain INC’s property. You have read and fully understand the terms of this release.
Payment
If you make a purchase on our Site, we use a third-party payment processor such as Stripe, Thinkific Payments or Paypal. Payments are encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction.
All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our site and related courses and its service providers.
Third Party Services
In general, the third-party providers used by us will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.
However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

Once you leave our course website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.
Thinkific
Our courses (at righton.arisbassblog.com) and parts of our Site are hosted by Thinkific Labs Inc. (“Thinkific”). They provide us with an online course creation platform that allows us to sell our product/services to you.
Your data is stored through Thinkific’s data storage, databases, and the general Thinkific application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

Circle.So
Our online community (at community.arisbassblog.com) is hosted by circle.so/CircleCo, Inc. who provide us with a community platform that allows us to create community boards for you. Your data is stored through CircleCo’s data storage, databases and their general application. This is done so that we can provide online community boards for your use. When you click on links on our course site, they may direct you away from our Site. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.
Security
To protect your personal information, we take reasonable precautions and follow industry best practices to make sure it is not inappropriately lost, misused, accessed, disclosed, altered, or destroyed.
If you provide us with your credit card information, the information is encrypted using secure socket layer technology (SSL) and stored with a AES-256 encryption. Although no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure, we follow all PCI-DSS requirements and implement additional generally accepted industry standards.
Use of Cookies

From time to time while using the Site or its services, you’ll be presented with an opportunity to opt in or out of certain communication and/or participation.
